These Terms of Service apply to the ZEN KUU website, videos, digital books, music and other content and services provided by ZEN KUU (collectively, the “Service”).

ZEN KUU offers content for reflection, self-awareness and general wellness, including YouTube Shorts, digital books, guided reflection experiences for book buyers and music.
This website introduces ZEN KUU content and links to platforms where that content or related products are available.

ZEN KUU content is provided for general wellness, personal reflection and self-awareness.

- Purchased digital books and other paid digital content are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
- You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, distribute or redistribute ZEN KUU content without our written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
- ZEN KUU names, logos, original content and other intellectual property are owned by ZEN KUU or used under appropriate license.
5. AI-generated imagery
Some visuals used in ZEN KUU videos are created with generative AI and may depict fictional people, places or situations.
Where required by YouTube, such content is disclosed as altered or synthetic content.
6. YouTube and our internal tool
ZEN KUU videos may be published on YouTube, and use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service:

ZEN KUU uses an internal tool called ZEN KUU Uploader to upload videos to our own YouTube channel.
ZEN KUU Uploader uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth authentication only for our own channel and is not offered to the public.
By using any ZEN KUU feature that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. Links to other websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including YouTube, Gumroad and Payhip.
